HowTo: Delete a Customer in CyberHoot on the Power Platform

These instructions provide a step-by-step guide for deleting a customer in CyberHoot’s Power platform.

Steps to Delete a Customer in the Power Platform:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Admin on the top right corner.
  2. Click on “MSP Settings“.
  3. Click on the Customers tab.
  4. Locate the customer you wish to delete.
  5. Click on the three dots located to the far right.
  6. Click on “Delete Customer”.

*Note: You’ll need to make sure you’re not currently in that customer’s environment before you can delete them.
