Super administrators on the Power/Partner platform possess the capability to execute all administrative tasks within their CyberHoot deployment. They have the authority to modify settings that impact your MSP, and they also have the privilege to transition into any of your clients’ environments, enabling them to make alterations to any configurations within those environments.
1- Upon login, you will find yourself on the Dashboard screen. Click on “Admin” on the top right of the screen and click on “MSP Settings”.
2- Click on the “Administrators” tab just under the “MSP Settings” text.
3- Click on “+ Add Administrator” button on the top right of the screen, inside the MSP Settings box.
4- Under Customer, select your MSP name.
5- Add the new admin’s information: first and last names, email address, mobile phone number (not required) and password.
6- Select the Super Admin and the Send Notification Email boxes
7- Click on the Add button on the top right corner of the screen.
